Our law office was established as a result of a profession of faith in law advocacy by its two founders, senior attorneys members of the Bucharest Bar Amala Mararu and Ioan-Bogdan Mararu, former colleagues at the same law faculty, in Bucharest, in February 2004, in downtown Bucharest's historical-architectural landmark of Romania's business and industrial power, the UGIR-1903 Palace, housing the General Assembly of the Industrialists of Romania, the country's oldest, biggest and most representative and prestigious industrial lobbying association.
