At Mararu & Mararu, we are firmly committed to the privacy of our clients and website visitors. This privacy policy is intended to provide visitors with an understanding of our website information gathering practices. Collection of Information & Cookie Policy

Mararu & Mararu does not collect any personally identifiable information from visitors to its website unless such information has been voluntarily provided by the visitor. We may collect your name and e-mail address if you send us electronic mail from one of the locations where that is an option. Mararu & Mararu web pages active content is safe. 

In addition to the above, through our ISP’s services, we may also automatically collect the IP address, type of browser and operating system of our visitors. This process, however, does not extract any personally identifiable information. Therefore, no personally identifiable information is collected from you unless you knowingly provide it.

We may also send to visitors who have supplied personal information, via regular mail or electronic mail, general information about the firm, descriptions of services and/or periodic publications. We will remove you from our mailing list upon your request.

Under no circumstances will Mararu & Mararu sell or disclose any of the information collected, whether automatically or voluntarily provided, to any party not directly affiliated with Mararu & Mararu.
